Raspberry Sprout Smoothie

Vegetable sprouts are an excellent source of nutrients, as they grow through the synthesis of a variety of beneficial enzymes, vitamins, and amino acids. Rich in chlorophyll, they are especially good for your skin. These ingredients make a green smoothie, but with raspberries and coconut flakes as toppings.

300 ml (300g)
2 cups raspberries, 1 kale leaf (17g), 1⁄2 cup vegetable sprouts, 1 banana, 1⁄4 lime, 1 slice ginger (3g), and 200ml coconut water
- Wash kale, vegetable sprouts, and ginger. Peel banana and lime and remove lime seeds.
- Place all ingredients into the pitcher of the OZEN vacuum blender.
- Blend the ingredients in a vacuum using the automatic mode.
