Brown Rice and Bean Smoothie

1 tbsp. brown rice powder, 1 tbsp. black bean powder, 1 banana, 3 walnuts, 2 tbsp. honey, 100ml water, and 100ml milk


  1. Rinse brown rice and black beans in water and dry.

  2. Place dried brown rice and black beans in the pitcher of the OZEN vacuum blender and grind them in a vacuum using the automatic mode until they become a powder.

  3. Peel the banana.

  4. Add 2 tbsp. of brown rice and black bean powder to all other ingredients in the pitcher and blend in a vacuum using the automatic mode.
