Breakfast Replacement Smoothie

1 apple, 1⁄3 carrot (70g), 2 tbsp. brown rice, and 200ml water
Replace brown rice and raw carrot with equal amounts brown rice powder and cooked carrot
- Soak brown rice in water for 20 minutes and wash apple and carrot. Remove seeds from apple.
- Place all ingredients into the pitcher of the OZEN vacuum blender.
- Blend the ingredients in a vacuum using the automatic mode.
