Breakfast Replacement Smoothie

Ingredients

1 apple, 1⁄3 carrot (70g), 2 tbsp. brown rice, and 200ml water

Optional ingredients
Replace brown rice and raw carrot with equal amounts brown rice powder and cooked carrot

Directions


  1. Soak brown rice in water for 20 minutes and wash apple and carrot. Remove seeds from apple.

  2. Place all ingredients into the pitcher of the OZEN vacuum blender.

  3. Blend the ingredients in a vacuum using the automatic mode.
